Hosts Applying for CEU's  for Your Program or Course

If you are hosting a course, workshop or webinar and would  like it to be approved for PPAB CEU's then please complete this form. If you have taken a course or educational program that does not have PPAB CEU's assigned to it by the organizer then you can apply on your own behalf here to be credited for the CEU's.  Please read the CEU policy to ensure the event falls within the guidelines. 

These are the subject matter areas to which CEUs are issued as they form the key knowledge requirements of the PPAB Accreditation credential levels. 

1. Learning and Behavior Modules.
2.  Biology and Anatomy Modules
3.  Ethology and Social Behavior Modules
4.  Health and Development Modules
5.  Business and Consulting Skills and Best Practices
6.  Scientific and Practical Method

NOTE - This is NOT the form you use to submit your CEU's for your eligibility application or your credential renewal. You will be provided with the relevant for during your application or renewal process.
